On Transfer of Rights to IPOs In November, 2009 the active work was continued for realization of tasks aimed at implementation of the state policy in the field of use of rights to industrial property objects (IPO) protected on the territory of Ukraine. During the said period the Department received 210 sets of documents for entering in the appropriate state registers of data about transfer of property rights to IPOs and granting of licenses to their use.
The data about 154 transfers of rights to IPOs, namely, 115 - about transfers of property rights to IPOs, 12 - about granting of licensies to use IPOs, 27 - about "open" licensies. The mentioned data were published in the official journal "Promyslova Vlasnist" (Industrial Property) NoNo. 21, 22, 2009.
Also during the said period 75 decisions on entering in the appropriate state registers of data about transfer of rights to IPOs, namely, 58 - about transfers of property rights to IPOs, 12 - about granting of licensies to use IPOs, 5 - about "open" licensies. The present information will be published in the official journal "Promyslova Vlasnist" (Industrial Property) No.23, 2009.
