The second number 2010 of "Intelektualna Vlasnist" ("Intellectual Property") magazine is being prepared for publishing.

Issue № 3, 4/2010 of the Official Bulletin "Promyslova Vlasnist" ("Industrial Property") have been published. This Official Bulletin contains the information on registered titles of protection for industrial property rights.

In February, 2010 the active work was continued for realization of tasks aimed at implementation of the state policy in the field of use of rights to industrial property objects (IPO) protected on the territory of Ukraine.

In February, 2010 State Department of Intellectual Property received 400 applications for inventions, 844 applications for utility models, 2489 applications for trademarks and service marks.

Total amount of registered documents of title made up 282080 as of 01.03.2010.

In February, 2010 the Department received 459 applications for registration of copyright to work and 6 applications for registration of agreements concerning copyright to work. 393 registrations of copyright to work were effected and 1 decisions on registration of agreements concerning copyright to work were made.

The PIB’s CD-ROM & DVD-ROM collection as of March 1, 2010 contains more than 13040 discs.
